Fee information will be given prior to any rendered services. We participate with some plans and accept assignment from others and for your convenience we accept personal checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover charge cards. We typically send all insurance claims electronically to help expedite payments.
Please call us to verify if we participate in your insurance plan.
FOLLOW-UP CAREAll cases are followed up
and these visits are complimentary. This is our way of showing our commitment
to excellence for all patients and their well being.

EMERGENCIES Dr. Ganik's cell number
is given to all patients and he can be easily contacted. Backup coverage is
provided when the doctor is not available.
